  • Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns and Refunds

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order details, reason for the return, and images of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for  product defects (for all product categories).
  • Items must meet the general return eligibility criteria stated above.

2. Exchange Process:

  • We will guide you on returning the original product and ship the replacement item once the return is processed.

Product-Specific Conditions

Orthopedic Pillows (Spinearch):

  • Products are eligible for return if they are defective or significantly different from their description.
  • Pillows must be returned with their original packaging and protective covers intact.

Children’s Crafting Products (Little Love Crafting):

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed for defective products or incomplete crafting boxes.
  • Opened crafting supplies (e.g., colors, sheets) cannot be returned unless the issue was reported upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products or personalized orders.
  • Used or washed products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Share photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item free of charge for the first exchange request.
